In the last few hours, we just received our 20,000th eBay feedback (check it out here).
A nice little milestone for our company. 20,000 eBay feedback - As you can see on our feedback history, we haven't made EVERYONE happy, but I think I can live with pleasing 99.4% of all eBay customers that have left us feedback over the last nine years.
A large percentage of buyers (I'd assume it's primarily those who were happy with their purchases and have no complaints) do not even bother to leave feedback. Also, eBay's feedback system does not give sellers the option to leave negative feedback for any reason on buyers' accounts, which gives buyers the opportunity to leave negative feedback on seller accounts for even the pettiest reasons without worrying about receiving retaliatory negative feedback from sellers.
So yes, we are just fine with our 99.4% positive feedback. Thank you so much to our friends/customers who continue to shop in our eBay store and support what we are doing. We are extremely appreciative. Thank you once again.
